Mission

Odessans for Ethical Leadership will work to identify and support leaders and causes focused on advancing positive opportunities in Odessa and Ector County.

Vision

We will seek out and support leaders of the highest integrity.  We will identify leaders who know what makes our community special, and who are motivated to guide us forward.  We will focus on elections and issues that directly impact economic prosperity, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and quality of life for all citizens of Odessa and Ector County.

We believe that ethical local government is necessary for a thriving community;

Our Focus

Our priorities will focus on elected positions with direct governance responsibility to the citizens of Odessa and Ector County.  We will focus on causes that create positive opportunities for our community.  We believe a thriving community requires leadership that promotes innovative solutions for economic prosperity, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and quality of life.

Odessans for Ethical Leadership will choose to limit involvement to only those local elections pertaining to our Mission.
